- Perform a complete underwriting
analysis of the projects

closings and insuring files.

- Expedite the loan file by consulting with lenders
when necessary to close and fund
loans.

- Provide all approval documents to escrow and lenders
to insure prompt closing times for developer.

- Consult with developer regarding phasing of the
project, affordable units,
mixed units, etc.

- Recommend related services to builders in areas
of sales, budgets, DRE rocessors, marketing, appraisers,
attorney, etc. to help select a complete team to assist
developers.
